agree with the criticism 100% - Jack should have gone off, and been replaced by Coq or Eisfield (did he even make the bench today ?).

2nd half i thought we looked better and passed with a bit more urgency and jack and santi got at them a bit. peach of a goal from Santi.

i was also impressed with Vito today - a couple of great saves, and he came off his line quickly and aggressive twice to rob the forward of the ball. I think its fair to say he kept us in a very poor game.

BBC text also said that Giroud was unlucky not score and degea made a point blank save from him at the end...Giroud has 4 in 6 for club and country...

AW got absolutely slated on FOX Soccer over here for 'the poorest Arsenal team' and not taking jack off. I hope "stan" was taking note - both the BBC and FOX noted the Gazidis chants btw.

Jack did get the ball in that tackle though, and others have pointed out - cleverly got a warning, why not Jack ?

at least he gets a rest after wednesday at schalke. where we might lose again. :banghead:

time to end the "ramsay experiment" - i said it last year and its the same this year, too slow, too many sideways passes and too casual. loan him out at xmas.

HighburyJD my old mate - I know you were up there and maybe haven't seen Santos cuddling up to him and exchanging his shirt at HALF TIME after the fucker had scored the only goal of the half to put us behind.

When you do see it, I hope that you are true to your word and give the useless fat fucker the grief he deserves. He's gone to the top of my 'get out' list something I never thought possible whilst Fabianski remains at the club
If he's true to his word then every starting player is dead to him as he had a hug with all of them in the tunnel pre KO!

how can anyone honestly blame RVP for leaving this pile of shit? He saw it coming and got out when he could. i dont even blame the players for this. its 100% wenger's fault and it will not get any better until he is gone. i honestly dont even care anymore until he is gone because its so utterly predictable.

A truly nothing performance. If the mancs bothered to get out of second gear it could have been another cricket score.

What was depressing more then losing at old toilet was that the players looked scared. Yes we lacked pace and our left back wouldn't make a Dog & Duck 11 but there was a collective cowardice that I thought we'd left behind us a couple of years ago. Sure we've not been good enough for the last two years but that wasn't beause we lacked bravery. Today was like a 2007-2010 flashback for me but without the redeeming qualities.

Doesn't bode well.

Also agree with Donaldo, Podolski's diplomatic immunity is running out sharpish.

yes, theres nothing like a respectable loss...the soothing words of THE ARSENE FAN CLUB
I was probably supporting ARSENAL before most people on here were even born..... Never been a massive fan of arsene but I'm a realist..... They are the best side in the country at the moment by a distance. We lost to norwich & only beat QPR with an offside goal. So losing 2-1 there today was ok by me..

I'm driving to Germany on Tuesday to see us play. Couldn't give flying fuck whether wenger was there TBH.

It is possible to love arsenal & not hate wenger. The two aren't mutually exclusive.....

Its not the scoreline its the fukin pathetic performance yet again. The score flatters us ffs.
If you are happy with that shit again then good for you. Keep settling for less and less, the dilution of our team year after year and you'll be driving to Anzhi Makhachkala. (Although thats the wake-up call we need) :(

The pundit on the stream I was watching made the comment, "This Arsenal side don't seem to have worked out what sort of team they are yet", which hit the nail on the head for me and, despite having had some sympathy for him in the past, this has to be AW's fault. Watching the game (and the one against Norwich) I had no idea how the team was supposed to be playing.
Ramsey out wide, when he can't dribble or cross i.e. an attcking wide player who can't play wide or attack. He endlessly turns back and rolls a short pass to Sagna.
On the other wing we've got Pod who needs pace and movement to be at his best yet we have been playing on our heels in the last few weeks.
We're a possession and passing side, yet we continually lose possession and make very few telling passes.
We're an attacking team, yet we are making fewer and fewer chances.

I've no fucking idea what we're trying to do and the players don't appear to either.

"Then, when we were 2-0 down and down to 10 men it became difficult, if it was 11 v 11 then we could have come back."

Says the *word censored* in charge. Is he for real?
