We will win and all will be rosy in the Wenger garden
Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
This result will hinge on whether or not the players remember how good they are by 3.00 pm on Saturday, if they can do this for 90 mins, then we should win.
Unlike the Schalke games where they seemed to be beginning to remember for about 30 mins, then started to forget again and by the end it seemed to have totally slipped their mind.
Memory loss is a strange thing, it can come and go and I am genuinely worried it could plague our whole season, with the players remembering how good they are one week then forgetting again for 3 or 4 weeks at a time.
I think the club need to recruit some psychologists to investigate this mass memory loss that is affecting the players and try to figure out what triggers it, my feeling is that it usually coincides with taking on opposition which isn’t totally shite.
Another option would be to hire Dr Bruno Furst (if he’s still alive), and set him the task of improving the memory powers of the players.
One thing that does puzzle me though, is how this affects players like Gervinho and Ramsey, have they now forgotten how shite they are and now believe they are good.
One thing is for sure this is a serious situation, and it cannot be blamed on Wenger or the players, let's just all hope their memories return as soon as possible.
What a load of shite wenger you fucking bullshitting tosser.

No you are not the only one . Would have made sense but maybe that's why it didn't happen ... 0-0 on Saturday, players a bit short after Champions League.g88ner wrote:I think we should have signed Berbatov as part of the RvP dealRedsenga1 wrote:Berbatoff will get a few (however you spell his name) so not holding much hope....![]()
.... I take it I'm the only one?

As far as cheap signings go (which is all we're looking for most of the time) there's surely few strikers better than him.

Agree with this - might go 1 up and concede an equaliser or may go 1 down and level it late on but am expecting a 1-1 game which should set us up nicely for the scum game next weekend

No chance augie. We will win this game as we always do. Wenger will get by again by the skin of his teeth and the bullshit bandwagon will roll on (sounds like a new slogan for me to write in each match threadaugie wrote:Perryashburtongroves wrote:1-1. we will hammer em - 5 or 6 i can feel it
Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
This is a happy fixture for the Great Abou but sadly we won't have him to fall back on this time. 0-1 down at home last season before the great man came on and powered us towards the equaliser, and the final game of 2011 season when he produced another of those blockbusting runs before setting it up on a plate for Van Persie with the usual slide-rule pass.
Now that we're returning to the most important trophy of the lot i.e. the Virtual Trophy, I'm sure Lord Wenger will bring back all his big guns like right winger Ramsey and our dynamo left back Santos

Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
This will be a horrible 0-0 draw with lots and lots of sideways passing by us in a vain and hopeless attempt to try to break them down.... the deserving boo's will rain down on them at half time and full time.
Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
we will be 1-0 down at half time....then Wenger will give the players a rousing churchillian style speech about what it means to play for The Arsenal and what it is expected of them....he will make one or two substitutions and intricate tactical changes and we will then blow them away with a fast flowing attacking display not seen since Henry, Bergkamp and Pires et all in thier heyday.....
or
we will be 1-0 down at half time.....wenger will tell them to keep doing what they are doing...we will then piss about passing to each other in midfield, finally equalise and if we're very lucky scrape a win in the last few minutes.

Grandma Wenger ended up using the bargain catalogues and furthermore, her sowing technique had become erratic and distracted. Seeds were found strewn on the patio, scattered through the rockery and dropped down cracks in the decking. Many had warned that nothing would flower and the once vibrant horticulture could turn insipid but Granny was so set in her ways children, that she would point to one delicate, fragile blossom that had miraculously sprouted...flash gunner wrote:We will win and all will be rosy in the Wenger garden

Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
Whatever happened to our new found defence under Steve Bould anyway
Wenger favours zonal and Bould favours man marking and now nobody knows wtf they are doing
Another shambolic performance from us that we might scrape a win from I thi(hope)nk

"Overall I believe that we were not quite at our sharpest today and lacked a little bit of efficiency in the final third. But credit to Fulham, they defended very well. In the second half there was a little bit of fatigue as the players had given everything on Tuesday night"
