The 3 shoulder stripes is what really annoys me about Adidas kitsgavbacon wrote:The mock-up of the Adidas kit looks awful, really don't like the 3 stripes down the arms. I've always been a Nike man and they're more 'classy' brand than Adidas, in my humble opinion!

Personally I couldn't give a flying fuck who makes our shirts or what they look like, it's how the team performs that needs addressing and until that happens changes, stripes or no stripes is of little interest to me.

^This!^hugh jardon wrote:Another fuck up by Nike with this season's awful away kit: when playing away at Old Trafford in one of the biggest fixtures of the season, we wear our horrific purple and black away kit but are unable to wear the black socks as they clash with the home team and we have to wear red socks!
An incredible oversight from Nike!
For me it was the icing on the cake for what was a truly shit day. Had my mate trying convince me it looked okay because it matched the tiny bit of red trim at the end of the away shirts sleeves.

So an extra £10m per season will turn us into superqualitypurchasers - all that means is that we will only sell 1 player not 2 each yearhighburyJD wrote:Apparently will be announced today, I can see this transfer window being large...

Our transfer bill must be down significantly on a year or two agoStuartL wrote:So an extra £10m per season will turn us into superqualitypurchasers - all that means is that we will only sell 1 player not 2 each yearhighburyJD wrote:Apparently will be announced today, I can see this transfer window being large...
we, at last, have some serious financial wiggle room,
I expect proper signings

Do we need them? We've qualified for the knockout stages of the European Cup therefore we are successful with what we've got for the 13th yearhighburyJD wrote:Our transfer bill must be down significantly on a year or two agoStuartL wrote:So an extra £10m per season will turn us into superqualitypurchasers - all that means is that we will only sell 1 player not 2 each yearhighburyJD wrote:Apparently will be announced today, I can see this transfer window being large...
