Time for some festive cheer !

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Away is our manager, away in the head,
The little Lord Wenger has lost all his cred.
The North bank are booing, the press they awake,
The little Lord Wenger excuses he makes.

We loved you Lord Wenger when trophies you won,
but for seven long years now you haven't give us one.
The fans are all marching, the board are just pissed,
please leave us real soon while your rep still exists.
Fixed.
8/10 :D
:D Cheers but the first one is worse. Sounds like we 're having sex with him! Second change is an improvement. 5/10.

Heh, I thought that only flash and DB10 thought along those lines

Sorry I thought all men's default position was to see sex in everything. At least that's what Mrs Chippy keeps telling me. :D

I woke up this morning at stage 5 Chipster. I'm in my happy place now. He can't hurt me anymore.

Weirdly enough I am still on stage 2, even, though I have been Wenger out for months now. It still gets me riled to hear him come out with his post-match comments.

I'm definitely at Stage 2. Tried to change the words for Jona Lewie's Stop the Cavalry. Got as far as:

Hey Mr Hill-Wood comes over here to tell us we're doing splendidly
But it's very cold out here in the snow, protesting against the enemy
It is very tough, I have had enough
Can you sack Wenger please?

And then I got too fucked off with the state of the club to continue.

My take on Greg Lake's classic

They said there'll be trophies at Emirates
He said we'll compete with best
But instead, he just kept on delivering
4th place trophies and not much else

I remember one Saturday morning
A local derby and a distant chants
And tourist clientele
And that watered lager smell
And Almunia, Eboue and Chamakh

They sold me a dream of Emirates
They sold me a Wonder of You
And they told me a fairy story
Til I believed in the might of Giroud

And I believed in Arsene Wenger
And I looked to the pitch with excited eyes
Then I woke with a yawn
during first half bore draw
And we looked like Spuds in disquise

I wish you a competative Arsenal
I wish you a great Cup run
And for your hard earned money to
Leave your pockets straight to our account

They said there'd be trophies at Emirates
They said Arsenal will rule the Earth
Hallelujah, Ivan, be it Heaven or Hell
The Arsenal we get, we deserve

Something a little light hearted - Arsene dons a new outfit for his post-match interviews...

Image

"Nothing to worry about", "the handbrake is off", "we are no longer jaded", "it was an illusionary dominance", "we are showing immense spirit", "money is available for special players"... "Virtual Trophy is ours!"

Arsene Wenger's tragic
His team is turning Cack
But when the Yank shows him the cash
He says 'Im nicking that'
