next manager

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yeah, but isn't he in some way connected with Rep of Ireland...after all, it was always an Arsenal Man (AW being exception) and we are talking 2010/11 at earliest, so still a lot of time to improve and get expirience... :!: :?:

Laudrup and Bilic are good young Managers. I think Laudrup is better manager than Bilic though.

If Van Basten proves himself at Ajax I would be happy to see him in the hot-seat in the future. Perhaps Dennis as number 2. Think of the players that they could attract to the Club, and the good footballing principles and top-class professionalism they would bring with them.

So, let's fast forward 2 weeks and suppose we're gearing ourselves up for a semi-final against the Chavs, will you still be posting threads like this?!?!
4 draws and a defeat have suddenly created a whole load of 'Wenger should go' comments or 'I'm not saying he should go but when he does....'
I'll be the first one to agree he's made errors this year but to suddenly be talked of as going or may go or should go is stupid if you don't mind me saying. Stay positive, we can still do something this year, it's not all over yet. Course it's going to be hard with a team out of sorts but too soon for this Wenger out stuff. Now Eboue out is a different matter.........

Im with you mate disgusting, cnsidering what wenger has done for us. He is the man and no other man is better for Arsenal than he is. his time is not up, its just begining.
I dont want another manager hence the sarcastic "Mourinho" comment.

COME ON LADS lets get together "believe" this could be a very good finish to our season!!!

I think it was said earlier in the thread that we don't want Wenger to ever leave but when the day comes who would you like to see put in the hot seat!!!!

Yep, I know it wasn't meant to be a WENGER OUT rant but it's difficult to say on the one hand you don't want him to ever leave and then say but if he does......I'm not having a go at the people responding it's just that in the last 48 hours all I've heard is people arguing over whether he should go and the reason this thread has come up is because of our slump. Like I said before, Wenger's not God and I'm the first one to say when he's got things wrong. I'm in danger of taking this thread into the realms of where it may have gone wrong for us this season and there's no point in doing that. I just think that with 3 huge games coming up against the Scousers it's not productive to keep on discussing Wenger's reign whether it should end now, next week or in 110 years time.
(By the way, the Birmingham game was when it all went pear shaped...Eddie, Clichy and Gallas, 3 huge incidents that affected and undid all we'd done. I really think Gallas has got a heck of a lot to answer for in what he did after that 'penalty' Maybe a Gallas in/out thread is more appropriate than Wenger this or Wenger that!!!!!)
