Anyone know where you gotta buy a ticket to on the Victoria line? As it don't stop at 3 Bridges.....

haha i know that fella - just that ticket entitles you to local travel, weren't sure where to from London though?

(In other words only buy a train ticket to Haywards Heath/Shoreham/Lewes return, the rest is covered in your match ticket, including if you get off at Brighton, have a drink, then jump on the train to the ground at Falmer.) Local busses are also included - plenty from around the station.

You will have to Change at Brighton for Falmer (10 minutes by train)

That should help, but Southern Rail has, in it's wisdom decided that this Saturday, with 4000 Arsenal fans coming to Brighton, is a good time to do engineering works on the main Brighton/Victoria line. Bloody stupid IMO

I don't live in Brighton, so am taking the train via Littlehampton/Worthing - add an hour to your normal journey time.

I am from Brighton and a Gooner Season tkt holder.

Most of the good proper pubs around Brighton Staion are pretty small but the best ones (Evening Star, Albert, Nelson ) are all within 1 minute of the main station. The Bell and the Grand Central will probably have most gooners in them but these pubs are pretty crappy compared to the others.

I will be circulating trying to get a tkt!!!

What block are you in at the Emirates?, nobody around you with a spare ?

Go to national rail. They are like £20.60 to Haywards Heath for a return. As stated in previous posts, don't pay for more as your match ticket includes travel from there.

I would suggest operator error. The off peak day return is just over £25.

At the station, find another couple of gooners and get a groupsave ticket mate. Think it's for groups of 3 or 4, works out quite cheap, around £50 return for 4 I believe.

If I can't blag a ticket that's where I'll end up even though its not a great pub.
