Wilshere would consider Arsenal future if Arsene Wenger left

It's a step up from the usual 'he's the gaffer, we're all behind him', it's nailing his colours to the Wenger post more than I like. He's a young guy, he was bought up used to us winning stuff under Wenger, I can understand it to a certain extent.

If he is being clever, he is preparing a way out for himself. He can see Wenger is history, and what follows the exit will probably be a period of turmoil, just when he is (hopefully) getting to his best as a player. Will he want to waste a couple more years whilst we get ourselves sorted out?

When Wenger finally 'retires', I think it will trigger him to be off, reckon he will be in Manchester in a couple of years from now.

Ah the Good Captain! Bit of a Damned fan for sure.

Just missed punk, I can just remember Terry Mancini playing centre half for what was a poor Arsenal side I guess! Think his brother had the Golden Gloves in Hammersmith, used to frequent that a bit in the '80s.

Love to see Jack stay for years ahead, we could build around him, we could do that in the next week, that is if there was any imagination left in our club.

I'll take that personally as your post immediately follows mine.
I've been a paying customer at Arsenal since 1966, spent way too much of my hard earned over the years. Seen great things and seen much more shit besides.
13 years and counting for a trophy when I signed up, eventually took 17 years.
To suggest these comments are a wind up is totally failing to grasp what I believe Arsenile Wenger is doing to my club.
There's thick and thin, and there's now.
And when a borderline sick note like Jack pipes up in praise of Wenger I just think fuck off to Manure now, save us all the pantomine when his contract has a year left.

Not personal at all, I dont think I even read your post.
We had a good week, and people still moan.

Young player says something a bit silly but decides to say it to a rag owned by a former swamp dweller.

If he said did, then at worst it was an ill advised interview with a rag that would twist his words for their benefit. Tend to ignore what comes out of footballers mouths because bar a handful of them, they are all thick as pig swill.

Because not everybody is placated by two away wins against poor opposition. Just like if this place had been around in 2004 I bet the overall mood would have been extremely positive when we dropped points against Portsmouth, Leicester, etc

I don't buy this "Jack is one of ours" nonsense. Yes, he's been with us since he was young but he's a West Ham fan
so was Tony Adams.

another Dick to be fair.

lets face it, most footballers are these days - Jack, Ramsay, and Wally should all just shut up. remember the days when the 'kids' weren't allowed Press apart from a profile in Shoot ?

I really wish Jack would quit twitter and interviews and just focus on his football. He's going nowhere because he's crocked and hasn't had a good game in what 3 years? He should be focusing on improving because I honestly would rather we bought a new CM than pander to Jack's ego. He's well and truly replaceable.

I'm sure that in time he'll cotton on to just how thick he is. His IQ is treble that of Rooney's but at least the latter knows what a moron he is and has learned to by and large avoid talking to the press at all.

It's the modern young footballer; a millionaire and hasn't achieved a fucking thing in the game. There was some half ass on Soccer AM on saturday morning and there he was videoing himself in his BMW or Merc with his "crew" acting all gangsta rapper, having a rap battle with some other no-mark future Crystal Palace reserve and that no hoper JET that used to play for our reserves and it's all about the bling and the money and personality and Twatter and all that other shite.

And before some soppy fucking student comes on here whining like a bitch about "they are just being young lads, would you prefer they were alcoholics like Adams and Parlour" I would say yes I would fucking prefer it. Adams and Parlour were winners, they did their shit but they earned the right by being winners, by achieving things in the game.
