What's wrong with Cazorla? Haven't seen any mention of problems with him.

From the BBC
New signing Mesut Ozil starts in midfield for Arsenal. Santi Cazorla is not involved, but Jack Wilshere starts and Bacary Sagna captains the side at centre-back. Thomas Vermaelen returns to the bench after injury.

A BBC journalist on twitter just confirmed he's not involved. Perhaps fatigue related to international duty? No idea how much of Spain's game he played or maybe he's got whatever Mertesacker has and I don't mean a lack of pace.

Ozil, Wilshere and Walcott all starting. Akpom on the bench.

"Well known Arsenal fan ‘Geoff Arsenal’ – who has an excellent reputation for being ‘ITK’ and has been spot on in the past, including breaking news of Nacho Monreal’s back injury – has confirmed that Cazorla has picked up an ankle problem. The good news is it’s a minor injury that should only keep him out for a matter of days."

have a feeling this will be a frustrating stalemate, sunderland IMO are one of the worst teams win the league but they aren't easy to play against, very niggly affair today I reckon :rubchin: :rubchin:
