Last time I felt something like that was when I was a nipper, me and me brother used to have to share a bed, unfortunately he was a bed wetter :? up until about 12 years old and usually the warm fuzzy feeling was on my back

Luckily we got bunk beds when I was about 10, I deffo had the top bunk

Had a brilliant day on Saturday great game although I do get a bit frustrated at times with the slowness of our play but that just me, at times I feel like screaming out 'get it forward for fuck sake' guess I'm a neanderthal :D great first goal :barscarf:

I took my daughter to Arsenal for the first time and she had a fantastic time, hates sp*rs :D was talking about özil all the way home another Gooner for life :barscarf:

It must be a real shock to the system, some of you grumpy old b*stards finally feeling a bit more cheerful at the Arsenal, with little to moan about. Those feelings you're experiencing right now are called "happiness", take it slowly though or else you'll be overwhelmed

Last 15 of first half and part of second half we sat back and let them come at us which was worrying. Better teams would have made us pay for that approach. Apart from the flourish at the end I thought we looked flat and knackered for quite a big chunk of the game. Anyway as the saying goes, sign of a good team that can win 4-1 when playing below par.
Ramsey? Making me and loads of other fans eat our words and I'm delighted for him. Only sad thing is that if he keeps going this way he'll be off next summer
:? :?

Why? What makes you believe that?
Judging by the way we've handled our best players over the last few years........
There's nothing to suggest Rambo will want to leave or that we're happy to sell him. You're just being paranoid. ;)

Hey dickwad, less of the patronising bollocks!  Some of us grumpy old bastards remember what it was like to watch Wrighty and Merse destroy teams and win leagues, and can remember Bergkamp score screamers. Olgit remembers watching Ted Drake win stuff ffs! :-P

That first goal on Saturday was worthy of the Invincibles tbh. The passes, the movement and the final flick with the outstep from Giroud and the finish by Jack; sublime, brilliant, amazing. A truly wonderful goal that reminds you just how good football can be to watch.

A good all round team performance - even when Norwich had their spell, we didn't fold, but soaked it up. Mert was poor for their goal, scuffing it back into play and Gibbs was appalling, just stood there and let the shot come in instead of throwing his body into block. But at 2-1 last season we'd have spent the rest of the game panicking. On Saturday we soaked it up and went back at them. This is a good sign.

Thought Giroud was outstanding with the assists for both Jack's goal and Ozil's header. Even though he didn't score he contributed and always looked to get on the end of things. He may never be world class but he is a good striker and a pretty good footballer, has good touches and links up well, is brave and wins nearly everything in the air. We need to add a top top quality striker in beside him and I think he'll be a vital part of this team.

Another special word for Rambo. Brilliant goal, jinked, didn't panic like last year (and the year before), jinked again, left 3 of them and their keeper on their arses and finished neatly. Great goal and he had some great touches too. He is really finally looking like he might become the player we saw glimpses of before the Orc did him. I still won't hail him as the finished product until he shows he can play at that level for a whole season but the signs are brilliant and he is the best most consistent midfielder in the PL at the moment.

A great game and a great result. 8)
