Crikey, we meet a good team and don't win! who'd have thought it? Nobody I know!

However a draw would have been a fair result. For those 9yo lads who have got excited, come back down to earth. groundhog season starts here.

Haven't you read the news mate? Because we signed one top class player in the area of the field it was least required and lost only once since March having played some proper shite......Wenger is now a genius, Kroenke's whole investment philosophy has changed and we're saved I tell ya.....saved. None of the past 8 years really happened.....its all about the past 8 weeks. Wenger has suddenly been transformed into a tactical genius and a big spender and we'll spend £50m in January before winning the treble

Think some are getting carried away with the criticism. Dortmund are a top side, better than any in the Premier League in my opinion and the match was always going to be a tough one. That said I thought we done very well and actually controlled the game, especially in the second half.

Also I think Arteta was pretty good. He covered well and made a lot of key tackles, plus his distribution was very good. He was at fault for neither goal and I don't think Flamini would have been much better. Ideally we would've played both Flamini and Arteta as I think they give a good balance and allow the attacking players more freedom.

What we really needed in the game was some pace. We have no one that tries to get in behind the defence and with players like Ozil and Cazorla that's what we really need. Having at least one of Walcott or Oxlade would have been good for the run we have coming up, though I wouldn't mind seeing Gnabry start against Palace on Saturday as he looked good when we was given the chance and was one that tried to go at the other team and make something happen.

saw lewandowski goal again...Gibbs was not doing his best to block the cross....´just running beside him...he tend to do that......overall we did not play well...no pace and our passing was poor....saw Klopp say they where lucky...referring to the block from Hummels on the line..Sani on the woodwork...I don't now

Think this just highlights our need for a proven top quality CF. Like Rooney, Higuain, Suarez.
Not knocking Giroud but if you want to progress in the CL you need a world class striker.

Thought JW was the worst player on the pitch and was rightly subbed, injured or not.
Kos was our best player again imo. Didnt think Arteta was as poor as some say but we definitely missed flamini tonight

they were lucky, but they don't half make the most of chances that come their way. Clinical. 2 mistakes, 2 goals.
You don't get that much in the PL.
We have to win in Naples. Can't see us getting anything in Germany.
My mood is very dark as I seriously hate the Chavs and they'll do well in the CL this year

We also need players who can put in a good cross as we lack this on both sides!

So none of the AKBs (yourself included) have been condescending in recent weeks? Don't want to get in a twat war with you but honestly nothing has really changed.

As far as all the tactic talk goes, Jack should not have played, Gnabry is a better option on the right than Jack. I think it's more to do with tactical discipline and naivety, I seriously doubt Flamin(for whom Rambo was playing instead off) would not have cleared the ball away from the area under that kind of pressure.

In the end Klopp's right, that game could have gone either way, we lost narrowly, probably why we are all so f**ked off. Could be worse we could have been dicked 3nil by a sh*te spammers side, with no strikers at home

I think we can get a point over there as we are actually better away from home. We should get 3 from Marseille and then one from Napoli which we are capable of doing.

I can see the fat Spanish waiter getting a point at Dortmund, giving them 10 pts.

If we all double Marseille, and end up on the same number of points, say 11, what's the criteria for who goes through, anyone know

Seem to remember this argument somewhere else?? But apparently poor Gnabry would be too tired after his grand total of 2 games so needed resting, where as our latest out of form central midfielder is deemed to be a better wide man
