SOUTHAMPTON GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sadly mate, I don't think I'll be there as I have a list of more appealing alternatives to the CL group stage to attend to that evening ranging from clearing up cat shit from our flowerbeds, listening to six hours of back to back party political broadcasts from the Lib Dems and reading all twenty seven pages of my company's health & safety manual

However, if I do make it to this exciting occasion (was it really only 3 months ago that the Group started? zzzzzzzz).......I'll be sure to buy you a pint if I can break away from jerking off at the prospect of another dicking in the last 16
I'm in block 2 for Southampton. Can you stand on your seat in the 17th minute and sing There's only one Arsene Wenger so I can pick you out. Cheers. :barscarf:

I'll organise a mass chorus. You'll easily spot me......I'll be the only one two rows from the back under the age of 70 singing it :D

Love him or loathe him I don't see the need to call him that on here

Walcott is back in the squad for this one but I would expect him to start on the bench.

Going back a bit now.......The old League Cup in 1977, 3rd round I think, standing on the North Bank in my flares
Remember we won 2-0 and I was stood right in line with a Stapleton header. Those were the days when you got flung down a few rows of steps when we scored!!
