Big in Asia

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just... bizarre, augie...

Maybe bizarre but absolutely true 8)
Sorry, didn't mean the song or your taste there, just the way the comment was thrown in!

I wonder what modality or key centre that song was written in? I've read that certain people are sensitive to (or are attracted to) certain modalities and certain keys. Explains why so much vapid pop shite is loved by so many people and hated by so many others. Most (but not all) pop songs are written in major keys whereas most rock/metal/indie etc are written in minor keys. I've found there are certain pop songs I've liked over the years too, whereas my taste is more rock/metal/indie/punk/ska type stuff, and those pop songs I've liked turned out to be nearly always minor key songs. One of the reasons many ABBA songs are liked by rock fans is that a lot of them were written in minor keys and they don't sound as "light" or vapid as most pop songs. Also the two birds being dirty rides probably helped. 8)
In Kabbalah (the real one, not the "trendy version") each note/key is linked to a different emotion.
I guess grumpy people like Augie are attracted to the note that relates to feeling grumpy?

There is also knowledge about how major and minor keys relate to emotions and world history but at the risk of being accused of this posting merely being a Zionist Nationalist propaganda exercise I shall (if you'll pardon the pun) refrain from writing any more.

Is there a trophy available for this? Can we carry a Chinese man around the pitch on the last day of the season?

Terry Waite was so livid he went on hunger strike.

"What's for tea tonight, Mohamed? Dublin furburgers? Fuck sake I'm not eating that!"
