The coup de grace in Munich

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

FA Cup + PL >> European Cup.

Sorry Bayern we got bigger fish to fry.

Shove your euro cup up yo agnus!

Seriously, though with gibbs out we need really could do without injuries. That's all I ask, no injuries.

Bayern's president Uli Hoeness has admitted to defrauding the German state of £15m worth of tax revenue.

That's definitely covered by FFP, bye through to the quarter-finals thank you very much. Hopefully we will draw PSG and get another bye due to their well-known financial doping, before we progress against Atletico in the semis without having to kick a ball as they are punished by UEFA for their monumental unpaid tax bill ahead of a final showdown against the ultimate model of non-sustainability Man City, where we defeat them in an enthralling courtroom battle as they are expelled from Europe for breaching FFP regulations.

Probably our best chance of winning it to be fair :barscarf:

I hate this fucking fixture, a game we cant win, and yet we will have our strongest 11 out, just hope no one picks up any injuries.

Theres never such a thing as cant, not in this great sport. Guess Wigan fans dared not believe it just yesterday.
Just hope that Bayern turn up expecting to win 8)

Not a chance of progressing, damage limitation and no injuries is the best outcome we can hope for.

there may never be cant in football, but we haven't a chance with the cant we have in charge, Just seriously hope we don't pick up any injuries, that fucks up our chances in the FA cup.

I'm entirely relaxed about this game as we have no hope of getting the result we need.

This inevitably means that we will get an early goal to give me said hope, which will then subsequently be dashed in some really annoying and frustrating manner.

I hate it when they do that :x

if Munich get a couple of early goals this could be a very boring evening.

Don't get excited. From what Mrs DB10 told me last time I was a mere 8 inches into her, you'd never win it anyway.

With Regard to the BM game, I don't understand all the negativity about it. We're going there with no expectation to get a result. Teams in that position often play with less fear and inhibition (e.g. Wigan) and get a result that nobody expected. I'd rather go out having a try than to surrender before we even get there and wimp out like a bunch of gutless tossers.
We beat them on their own patch 2-0 last year. There's no reason why it cannot happen again and either way I won't be disappointed on Wednesday morning.

Yeah, she said you'd tried to insert one of your little legs in there alright. I also don't think she bought your excuse of "who needs a penis - leg-sex is how all us ewoks do it!"
