Many visits over the years
First one I think was around 87 or 88, we won 2-1 but I was stuck in a big queue outside and missed all three goals, they had one disallowed in injury time.
I was stuck outside for the 87 semi having failed to get a ticket off a tout, didnt know the result until I got home.
A 1-0 defeat in the game where Alf Buksh had an absolute nightmare, I think Wrighty might have punched Howells in the face during the game, I was in the home end, horrible experience, never again.
Dennis's first season, where we played sublime football for the first 30 minutes but ended up losing.
There was a 0-0 where Lukic had to play because of injury and made some incredible saves.
It might have been after this game that I saw a spurs fan hit a guy in an Arsenal shirt who was in a wheelchair, they really are a lovely bunch.
The Kanu goal in 99, that was a fantastic night, we were neck and neck with Man United who were 2-0 up on Liverpool and the spuds were giving us hell even though we were battering them - Then Liverpool equalised in the last minute and the away end went mental, I was convinced the league was ours that night
Sol's return in 2001 was an incredible atmosphere, so much anger and hate and their rather pathetic supposed three minutes silence which failed miserably.
Of course 2004 is hard to be bettered, the idiocy of the police who decided to block the road to the away end off so we had to walk the entire way round the stadium to get to our seats, very sensible. Our football in the first half was different class, the second goal remains one of my favourite ever Arsenal goals. Whilst it was annoying that they equalised it was almost worth it given so many of them were celebrating thinking it had stopped us winning the title.
I left the Pins to go to the game just as Newcastle equalised against Chelsea, I've never heard a noise like it, I really thought a bomb had gone off
Player celebrations after were great, Cashley leaving an inflatable premiership trophy on the centre circle, '71, we've done it again'
Back to the Pins for all night celebrations
