As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I can imagine it will be a nightmare getting the overpriced pint of pish from the lower tier kiosks. They aren't capable of dealing with the half time rush so how will they cope with hours of incessant drinking. Club level would be my option if I didn't have a ticket, which I do and was the reason I set this thread up to try to find out where other gooners who had tickets for the match where drinking pre match. Thanks go out to the mods for merging what should have been two separate threads. Sigh !

Nah not that early tbh, Hull fans are pikeys like wigan and will make a day trip out of it. Trains are running back to hull after from kings cross. They wont hit central london until lunchtime imo.
So as long as we do the same as the semi, then the globe should be ours. Volunteer is where we are getting our fry up, but wont be staying for beers. The green man doesn't appeal at all, smashing up benches and posting you tube vids kinda makes me think there will be kids who cant handle their beer, no thanks its the globe for me or the pubs round the corner if it gets taken by hull.
We're getting train direct from MK to Wembley Central so was looking for somewhere to drink along the High Road. Plenty of Arsenal designated pubs around there but couldn't help notice one that wasn't listed...but seemed quite appropriate:
Just down from JJ Moons...

We're on our way, we're on our way
We're off to Wembley to see the Bear

just a thought on this - I have decided not to bother with going to the Emirates for the screening and going to take a chance on getting in one of the pubs in the area.
however presumably a lot of people going to the Emirates will go in the pubs before hand like on a match day.
won't they then empty out quite considerably? just wondering whether it might be possible to hit one of the pubs late on after all.

Would only work on a "no ticket" pub..anyone who buys a ticket for the Grove will be unlikely to buy one for one of the ticket only pubs...so maybe it would work for you. 3.30 to 4.00 pm would be the crunch time..
