Arsenal vs. New York Red Bulls, July 26th

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Anybody else surprised by that?
yes very shocked. have they finally learnt that the far east tours do shit for the fitness and preparation of the squad ???

we did much better when we were training at altitude in Austria.
bollox. weve done what 2 or 3 asian tours, a much needed revenue stream in this day and age if we want to compete and an area we seriously neglected in comparison with our competitors. the austrian break has been ever present since about 2-3 years ago. weve done no worse since going on the asian tours as we have since 05 going to austria

Gnarby's fall from grace since scoring at Swansea is puzzling? Caught with his pants down perhaps? I had heard mutterings that his attitude wasn't the greatest, maybe he's being frozen out as a result. A shame really.

Just checked and you sir are correct. Only problem with that is, with this heat wave and the amount of beer I will have consumed by 10pm tomorrow I won't be able to see past my nose.

Maybe he scored off the pitch as well. :barscarf:

Its puzzling that Gnabry is on Pravda as a vid saying he was looking foreward to the USA or something like that :? :?

Yes, in this day and age - when times are tough and money's hard to come by...

Typical, sweating my ball sack off all week at work in this oppressive heat and the very first sight of the weekend it starts to piss down. Oh woe is me :banghead:

Is Sky channel 428 a free one because it's showing the game live?
