The Pre-Season Friendly Games Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No new forward now , spend the money defensively , Wenger won't buy another forward . Balotelli can sit down again.

Hat-trick yes, but he's still shit! Campbell has a much better chance of making it IMO. But fun to watch all the same!

Problem is, I wouldn't mind betting that's what Wenger actually thinks.

I hope you're all enjoying the Sanogo show, lads. His performance in this friendly probably means we won't be buying a quality striker.

Was refreshing to see two young strikers full of pace, energy and hunger (and goals) out there in that half.

A nice change from Podolski's lazy static play.

Credit where it's due; Bellerin has looked pretty good.

On a more serious level, can I just say that rosicky has been anonymous so far - I can reluctantly accept the ox being played on the right wing (not left) but not to allow rosicky to play through the middle instead
