Genuine answer - NEVER

IMHO - he lost us the champs league final when winning with his tactics even though we went to 10 men - That's how poor he is
Imagine if we played the remainder of the game without a striker and used the 10 to defend, ops see what I did there, I presumed he coached defending my bad!

If he didn't inherit the defence he did after GG he'd have won fuck all in 18 years - FACT
In a final, you don't take off a player of henry's calibre in any circumstance save for injury.
Ok fella then do remind me from say the 55th minute, after his yellow card please remind me how many times Henry contributed to (a) touching the ball (b) defending cos my memory is still fresh as a daisy as I turned to me mate sat high in stands..... Saying... As good as he is he's fucking knackered for the last 15 mins bring on flamini and defend defend defend all 10 behind the ball.... Instead he took of our most influential player in that final .... 2 mins later the rest is history....

Crack away ....
Surely you're not forgetting his chance to seal it in the 70th minute when Hleb put him clean through.
Shocker .... Striker misses a chance (not because he was knackered obviously)The post is about tactics.... And IMHO tactically after he missed that chance we needed to defend and only defend....

So in short no I didnt forget his chance ... But coming back with he had a chance on goal as his only contribution for 35 minutes of play is well done..cheers

I too can recall Henry blowing out of his arse, down on his haunches, before taking a corner. He was a passenger for the last 15 mins and should have been subbed for the good of the team but as we all know Wenker doesn't make those decisions.
To be replaced by whom? Senderos or Clichy? Not exactly the most reassuring of defenders.

Wrong. We brought on Reyes in the 85th minute. So there was still the option of bringing on a defender for TH when the previous poster suggested we do so.

Wenger doesn't do tactics, but if he did, they'd probably be the shittest tactics in the World.

Why has nobody mentioned DB10 who was sitting on the bench ! if anybody was going to turn that game around it had to be him .

I'm convinced that he's doing all this on purpose now, my 6 year old son could see that Chambers was being ripped a new one, if he can see it then surely Wenger can.

Further mistake on your part here. Both goals were scored after our second substitution. So yes, Clichy and Senderos were options. Both of them actually. But I'm not confident they would have done anything about the goals and I'm also not confident that you remember the final at all.

Go back to were this all started eh ..... It's about tactics... And tactically midway second half .... WHILST we was 1-0 up WITH 10 men ..... TACTICALLY IMHO we should maybe have looked at keeping the score 1-0 .... And IMHO we didn't need a striker on the pitch .... We needed 10 defenders. ...... Is the picture becoming more clearer now?

As for your confidence in what I do or remember ... That's purely you just arguing because the striker unfortunately was Henry .... Your comment of you never replace Henry unless of injury cements that....

That's my final comment on the matter!
