And would you care to predict the song that will be belted out at the away end when that happens ?

We will make Carroll, Drowning and fucking Song look like world beaters. Fat Sam will be wanking himself silly in anticipation of all the lovely set-pieces he'll plan for.

We will melt.

With all seriousness when was the last time anyone remembers an away crowd singing that? I heard a bit at Wembley in the Comm shield at the end but dont remember it for a long while :?

And it's only 13 because the likes of Newcastle and Spurs decided they didn't fancy rolling over for a belly-tickling like us.

Lots of talk on the Soton thread about turning points. I reckon if we get tonked by Citeh then a loss at the scum could be a major turning point.

In what sense? Honestly, please don't tell me you think he'll walk?

Fucking 8-2 at Man Ure on the back of a home defeat to Liverpool and we were 17th in the table. 2009-10 we lost five before Christmas and Villa were steaming clear of us in the top four.

This man has ridden out these storms and worse. His never ending project will continue whether City slap us by six or ten

Wenger and his acolytes exist is some sort of bizarre bubble. If we lost 28-0 I would expect the reaction to be: “it’s a one-off” or “Wenger knows he has to strengthen”.

Tonk some no-hopers and all is forgiven, lose in appalling style and we are told that Wenger knows.

I think that losing badly to Citeh and especially the scum would be a turning point for another large chunk of wavering AKBs. Don't think for one minute he would walk, but it could build momentum in the fan base for more protests, banners and booing bad home performances.

I think getting stuffed by the Scum would carry more weight - lose to City, meh.....been there, done that. It would still almost certainly be forgiven if we finished above the Scummers though
