Every game is sold out, but obviously a lot of people don't bother going who have a ticket.

Isn't there a time limit after which ticket exchange tickets can no longer be bought, ie the day before the match, so potentially hundreds of unsold tickets remain empty but never mind as the club have their wonga already
It's only poor mugs who have purchased tickets who lose out.
