old chants

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Back in the early 90's (?) I seem to recall us singing "you're a cúnt, you're a cúnt, you're a cúnt cúnt cúnt" to the tune of the old Lone Ranger theme music, aimed at some despicable ceeunt like Sheringcunt.

Has anyone heard Spurs fans sing "Oh Rocky, Rocky, just a pile of bones in a wooden box"?

Was shocked when someone told me they sang that, didn't know they were that vile.

Surprised to hear that as on a couple of occasions they have been respectful in relation to Rocky.

Not surprised to hear that as they are all inbred braindead cúnts.

I remember when the press were linking Arsenal with Dave Seaman, the North Bank singing "We all agree that Lukic is better than Seaman" to that tune.

That's because Lukic did the "twist" on demand

Lukic was a very good goalkeeper, Seaman was no 1 in England - the best there was.

Was disappointed Lukic went at the time, in hindsight it was the best giving to do but loved Lukic and felt sorry for him

Me too. Always liked Lukic and thought he was a top keeper.

But for me Seamo is still the greatest ever Arsenal keeper. 8) Every time I see that point blank one handed save against Sheffield Utd, I'm just amazed at how he re-adjusted himself in mid air and the strength of his hand. Fuck Gordon Banks' save from Pele, Seamo's was the greatest ever save. If you don't agree, then you are wrong. Thank you. 8)

That save was the greatest save ever, and that is not being biased. That is fact.

At the risk of a weeks ban ( ) for me Pat Jennings was the best with Spunky just a tiny bit below, though both about the best you can get. Shocking that after all the great keepers we had that we persisted with Almunia for so long
