I am a devoted four four two reader (it's a footie mag) but of late I have fallen woefully behind and am now 2 issues behind. Anyway I was just finishing up the February issue yesterday, when I seen an article called "Creating A Winning Dressing Room" - you will never believe what team they based it on..........yes it was the mighty AFC

The following is the things which are team advises clubs to do to try and create a winning dressing room -

1. Get In The Groove - no this isn't about our French striker talking about his latest sexual encounter, but it is about giroud and how he is in charge of the pre match music in the dressing  You might scoff at the idea but clearly the players seem to think it is important, and Ollie went on to tell us that some of the players like to get up and dance to the music
So there you have it.......dancing in the dressing room helps make us winners  :banghead:

2. Ozil then tells us how important to fill your team with characters -
we are all bemoaning the lack of leaders in the team, whilst the players are all bemoaning the loss of eboue

3. Monreal tells us how vital it is that the players from the different area's sit together in the dressing room (defenders sit with defenders, midfielders with midfielders etc). The main positive from this is that it helps them to improve their understanding and go over the tactics and remind themselves of the game plan -
there are comedians that cant write gags as good as this

4. The BFG then tells us that sometimes players will let out a LITTLE aggressive shout before they leave the dressing room cos it helps :? He says that they then high five and shake hands with each other to give themselves confidence
where the fu.ck are they getting this stuff ??

BFG said its a good sign if "a bit of wee comes out" before the game, nerves are good, and steady the bladder.

He forgot to mention the bit of poo that comes out whenever he is caught one on one with anyone quicker than James Corden dragging a piano.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes Barcelona have got worse in recent years and are now more beatable than ever before.

Luis Enrique's side defeated the Gunners 3-1 at the Camp Nou on Wednesday to seal a 5-1 aggregate victory in the Champions League round of 16.

But despite winning by a convincing margin, Wenger feels the Spanish and European champions have gone backwards and that Premier League clubs will soon be able to compete in the Champions League again.

When asked how England's top flight can succeed in European competition, Wenger replied: “By getting the players here. Football belongs first to the quality of the players.
I believe that with more income in England the best players will slowly all come to England and that will be the answer.

“They [teams from other countries] have already dropped off. For years in England we were always in the last [stages], sometimes you played an English team in the quarter-final and the semi-final of the Champions League. I believe we'll come back again.

“These teams [like Barcelona and Bayern Munich] are not uncatchable, and the regret I have about the two games against Barcelona maybe they were more beatable than ever before. They are not so much out of reach.”
*****
So wait. On Wednesday night losing to Barca was absolutely normal because they're the best team ever and nobody can compete with them right? Yet by Friday night, Barca are average and "have gone backwards"

Please also note that Lord Wenker has AGAIN subtly justified and prepared the ground for defending high ticket prices and the club needing MORE income. Maybe that extra income will help him beat Leicester, Spuds, Monaco and Zagreb. Maybe even get beyond the last 16!

Be fair though, we did wobble them briefly on Wednesday according to Wenger, wobbling at 3-1 ahead on aggregate.
Pity that Watford & Swansea were able to go a bit further than just wobbling us.

He honestly embarrasses the club with his comments. Just on his "Barca regressing":

* Barca won the treble last season
* This season they are in the Spanish cup final (which they'll win), they've virtually wrapped up the league already and are odds-on favourites for the CL
* If Barca do it they'll become the first team to ever retain the CL and the first ever to do back to back Trebles
* Their front 3 have out scored most clubs this season. Whole teams.

Given our sterling last 16 record and currently looking up enviously at Leicester, his comments are just.....

Barcelona have 'dropped off'. Where does he come up with this rubbish? He thinks he is a visionary with incredible foresight, and genuinely thinks he has seen a weakness in this Barcelona team. Truth is however, whatever he thinks he sees is non-existent, its just another one of Wenger's false visions. Also, given we played Barcelona only a few days ago, why didnt he try to exploit this weakness?

and some complain about a banner

I have always felt a pitch invasion, or a tearing apart of the stadium is something possible given the toxic environment.

Martin Keown talking absolute bollocks on Fletch and Sav right now.

Savage said that if the season peters out in the way we're expecting, it's time for Wenger to go. However, he said that he wouldn't be sacked (Keown, defensively: "He most certainly wouldn't), and that it would be up to Wenger to choose to walk away.

Keown then went off on an embarrasing tirade: "But he's a man of honour, so he won't walk away. He's earned the right to decide when he leaves".

He talked about what AW has done to the club and our BRAND OF FOOTBALL; called him a 'visionary' for the new stadium and the training ground; and added that someone of his quality should be on the board when he does leave the manager's post.

Even Ian Wright questioned that final line, saying: "How would that be a good thing"?

Keown is a complete, utter *word censored* IMO. No two ways about it.

What on earth are these people doing it for? Anyone who cares about the club should be calling for him to go and we can all move forward. It's like a fucking Furher cult, it really is.
