I might be able to help. When you load a video up, what happens?

cheers tony,
it runs for a while and then stops to ''buffer''...i only use the basic tiscali broadband, didnt know if upgrading the internet connection speed might help, or increasing the memory as its running on 512 (80 gb hard drive)

OK well I doubt it's to do with your computer as I've had ATVO for a while now and used it on pretty low-spec machines. It might possibly be to do with your internet connection. Does your connection have a download limit? Also, is it a wireless or wired connection?

OK. Do you know if it has a download limit? And which internet browser are you using (Internet Exploer/Firefox/etc.)?

Right, well it may well be something to do with your connection speed then. Either that or you're using a firewall which needs to allow ATVO. Sorry mate, but there isn't an awful lot more I can say about it without seeing it...
