When I heard the forest move had broken down due to personal terms I thought it was due to wages and we were going to be stuck with him.
However the emergence of the palace rumours soon after has me feeling very confident about things again as that most likely accounts for him pulling out of the Forest deal as I’d imagine staying in London is more appealing.
I drove past Eddie’s place this morning. He was having his driveway resurfaced by a group of the most charming and intellectually gifted fellows. Real upstanding citizens they were. His old driveway had already been meticulously dug up and taken to the local dump where they paid the business rates charge for dumping in full. No mess was left anywhere. Can I say emphatically that IF there is a clique on here then I have never been invited to join - yeas ago there were rumours of a clique amongst a few of the more established members on here, but most of them have left ( ) and I think "the clique" is like extra terrestrials in that it will remain a myth until proof is provided of its existence.
