Girona A Weds Jan 29th KO 8pm Big lugs matchday 8

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal: Neto, Partey, Kiwior, Gabriel, Calafiori, Jorginho, Merino, Odegaard, Nwaneri, Sterling, Trossard.

Subs: Setford, Porter, Timber, Zinchenko, Lewis-Skelly, Tierney, Saliba, Rice, Salah, Martinelli, Butler-Oyedeji, Havertz.

Personally I would have given lewis-skelly a shot in midfield cos that is his natural position and he deserves a chance in there imo.

I can understand playing captain invisible to see if he can play himself into some sort of form, but it is citeeh at the weekend so he will likely go missing then anyway

Califori is a 100% better finisher than Havertz. And that VAR check took 10 seconds at most.

Incredible that our morons still haven’t brought it in - first it was meant to be the start of the season, then after the first international break and as we head into February there’s still no sign of it.

Disband those c.unts FFS :banghead:

Second or third time I've seen Sterling throwing his hands in the air moaning at his teammates.

More evidence that they are completely against anything that might stop them match-fixing.
