really do not want little mozart to move on, not when we dont have a suitable replacement. he is finally healthy and seems in reasonably good form. unless we are going after someone like ozil i see no reason to make this move.

Nasri

I find it absolutely comical that many posters have simply excluded Nasri in the starting lineup for Diaby, Wilshire, Walcott, what have you. Here is a hint, one that Wenger knows whether Samir is 5'7'' or a midget - he has been our best player in pre-season by a country mile. He is in any starting ...

selsdon i think your points are normally well put, but you had a flair for the negative for this match and especially regarding chamakh bizarrely. i am not sure what more he could have done. he held the ball up repeatedly with some sublime passes to arshavin and nasri creating chances. he ran his ...

Rob - only a training session but Djourou, TV, Kos and Fabianski ALL failed to clear a header 6 yrds out

Wilshere looks ready to step up for me

Chamakh almost identical to Bentner imo but with slightly more potential

you flung a lot of shit during that match, capped it off with the chamakh to ...

how many occasions did we see him breakup play, sometimes two and three times IN A ROW? moreover, he does not seem to lose the ball much, if at all, and he made some great passes.

Is that even possible?

not if you watch diaby, denilson, and eastmond play that spot day in ...

We need quality box-to-box dynamic ball-winner in the Vieira mold or even the Essien mold alongside Cesc and Song because that is what will help our back four more than anything else

Wow. I agree with USMartin on something.

Partly.

I actually think the thing that will help our back four most ...

frimpong was immense again. so was wilshere.

so true. frimpong was once again the man of the match for me. sure, wilshire and nasri and jet played well generally and created lots of chances, but frimpong makes everything possible. how many occasions did we see him breakup play, sometimes two and ...

no room for frimpong? looked miles better than anything denilson or eastmond has ever done.

must say i was again very impressed with frimpong. this is the second straight game he has broken up nearly everything in the midfield, covered for the backs, and not lost the ball - he even passes forward unlike denilson. he is miles better than eastmond, and if he continues to play like this i see ...

would love suarez. pure goal scorer/classic finisher like eduardo, pre-injury (though he has done it on a bigger stage than dudu).

as for those thinking he is a cheat, i'd beg to differ. he is no more a cheat than someone who grabs another's shirt, makes a professional foul, tackles someone on a ...

would love suarez here, whether he wore 8 or 800. while we surely need a gk and perhaps another defensive cover, its been awhile since we had a pure clinical finisher as a striker (a la villa, drogba, forlan, etc.). henry grew to become that. db10 was a facilitator. robin is great but not a pure ...

whether we were playing barca, barnet, or bumbry united, we showed a lot in the first half - frimpong was excellent. he really set the tone and broke up everything in the midfield. extremely impressed with him. jack, back in the center where he belongs, was also top class. his vision, especially on ...

Until it says official , do not believe a thing.
true, but in all fairness, this is goal actually reporting we have signed cole, not that we are 'after' someone. i think thats taking a bigger leap.

From John Cross:

"Joe Cole has 100pc NOT signed for #Arsenal. Checked it, it's not true. They like him but Joe wants to concentrate on WC, decision after SA".

not sure why he would wait until after the world cup for anything. if he gets hurt, hes screwed. too big of a risk for a guy with no ...

I can hear the excuse now, Internationals  :banghead:

agreed, which is such a joke since it applies to both teams. our offense has been pathetic thus far. pass out to bendtner who gives a shit cross to no one and man city counters. we need eduardo and thomas on and either rvp off or some ...
