Re: Stoke Away travel and pubs

im confused as to why any Arsenal fans would go in a HOME FANS ONLY pub on Sunday when there is a designated away fans pub?!!

Generally wouldn't choose to but I guess maevans "pre-designated dump of a pub" remark covers that question.

Hah - you put it well.

Few reason's:

- I prefer a nice ...

Re: Stoke Away travel and pubs

If you’re sensible you should avoid any trouble. I found it easiest to not bother with colours as you can therefore escape being herded off by the police at the station to some pre-designated dump of a pub and could go where I wanted.

Went to some “home fans only” pubs in Stoke central before ...

Re: Stoke v Arsenal travel, booze, tix etc.

I just rang the 'Ember Lounge' and they told me that away fans are being directed to the 'LRV' which is a student nightclub where the fans can drink there before being put on coaches to the ground.

They said they dont sort out the tickets for the coaches, buses to the ground and back - does anyone ...

Bought a ticket for this last week on a whim, whilst buying my Newcastle ticket.

Got them with my Red Membership - should I be expecting paper tickets for the Emirates cup or will it be on my card?

Wasn't sure as these general sale things often end up paper tickets despite the card.

Aha, found ...

Really this is hogwash......you play everybody twice a season and its as simple as that 8)

It really isn’t that simple though is it? Scheduling plays a part in things. For example, it is a fact, (yup, a fact), that teams competing in the champions league have a relatively poor record when ...

Anyone got a "restricted view" ticket - know how bad it is?

I believe it's the hand rail at the front of the stairwell and when seated impairs your view. Everyone will be standing though so it shouldn't be a problem.

Happy days - thought it must be something like that - I've never heard horror ...

Cheers sid, but unless the original poster comes back with something different, I don't think it is illegal to drink in this zone - just those who cause a nuisance (Percy, DB10, etc... :D ). Also, it's not so much about people walking and drinking, it's about people sitting and drinking near the ...

I don't think so, I think he gets an extra game as it's his second red of the season. Not 100% on that though. As far as I'm aware though, it isn't an extra game for a 'frivolous' appeal.

Re: Man City yickets

I have a couple of these 'pork chops' and they do have barcodes on them.
It is located on the white tear off strip on the right hand side of the ticket, if it is an adult ticket, it also has a 24 digit number.

I also have a concession ticket and the barcode and tear off strip is on the left hand ...
