Re: Jack Wilshere merged thread

I'd actually rather be a Championship club with players I respect than a CL club with players who couldnt care less if they play for Arsenal or Spurs as long as their pay cheque is right.

I find it a bit sad how many fans now seems to dream about becoming a galacticos and probably would be ...

Re: Jack Wilshere merged thread

I'd rather fight for relegation with Jack and Jenkinson then for a CL place with Bellerin and Xhaka.

For the first time in 25 odd years of supporting the club there is not a singe player I can say that i''m proud that they're represting us. i wouldnt even be bothered if we sold any of them to ...

Re: Leaving Arsenal: whatever happened to Mark Randall?

I have also wondered a lot over the years why Wenger keep buying below average players from abroad instead of giving the players we have in our youth team a chance. The only thing I have come up with is that the youngsters probably are going to have to play regularly at some stage if they ever are ...

Re: sp*rs (a) match thread

The midfield have to take responsibility for both goals, it'd have to be there responibility to: one, don't let those through balls through. Two if they do anyway, follow the opponentes making the runs from midfield.

Secondly, enough of this collective responsibility. People inside the camp needs ...

I suppose Wenger and the other leaders of the club are of the belief that the current situation with rich owners buying titles left right and centre will collapse eventually and they are preparing to be in the best possible position then.

Tonight would be a great opportunity for a banner to came out. I have no doubt whatsoever that tonight will be another limp performance full of defensive gaffes, with lots of excuses about being 'physically jaded'

I fully expect that by the end of tonight we will be cemented in 6th place, where we ...

Enough excuses, lies & insults is probably what the banner should say to have an effect, as that's somebody virtually every Gooner could get behind.

Or a banner making a point about that we pay the highest ticket prices in the world to pay Diaby & Almunia or similar.

What is there to suggest the lap dog would do better than Wenger?

He'd be lost without an owner telling him what to do. It's no conincidence he's gone from AC Milan, to Cska West London to PSG.....and that he wants to be in London where there are plenty of clubs for people like him. 8)

As much as Wenger is blameable, so are the board.

"If we sell Cesc and Nasri, we can't convince anyone that we are an ambitious club".

That was a message to the board from Wenger. The board are as big a problem as the manager. They're both as bad as each other and are letting the club down.

It ...

Anybody remeber Fabio Caballero who came on loan for 6 months in the late 90's, or Tomas Danilevicius? I only saw them play a couple of games tops but that was enough to make my mind up that they surely must be the worst strikers I've ever seen at the Arsenal.

Redknapp probably does have the edge on Wenger right now.

But I would not want him at Arsenal, I just do not see him as the man to take us forward to the title.

We need someone with vision for the club as a whole, because the fan-player-club relationship is damaged, and the whole philosophy of ...

Always piss me off reading about us "beating" Barca. It is like walking around saying you were 2-1 up at half time and think you've done something brilliant.

Wenger is making it harder and harder for even his most loyal supporters to stand by him.
