I wonder how much Wenger not announcing his intentions is effecting the players.............. after all there are quite a few whose cushy lifestyles would take a dip under a new manager :rubchin:
it's probably already signed... have they not sat on the new contract in the past and waited to ...

Re: Europa League Cup Final
I've never understood how the media can make such a big deal of arsenal possibly falling out of the top4 and you have Liverpool finishing in 7th or 8th place so many years and nobody seems to make a big deal of it. Such bias in the media.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I'm very pissed off at the mo (as you can imagine) and am not really in the mood to discuss AFC or wenker, but let me say this before I stop........the chavs will NOT be back at the top again next season unless they spend major, major money next season - I watched them last night, and granted it ...

Re: Chavski home Sun 24th 4.00pm
what a joke of a game, that was there for the taking
it looked like Chelski had 10 men in the second half, sending 3-4 in the box on a corner and us still Zonal Marking letting them get a head start.
what a joke to take off Giround, nobody to hold up play and no height up top, all we could do is ...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Still 100% against :barscarf:
He'll find a way to fuck up our title challenge - or fuck up the January transfer window - he always does :banghead:
:suicide:
A harsh reckoning, but we've seen it pan out just as you've described here.
In other words, a completely fair and balanced assessment ...

Re: MAN CITY HOME GAME
there is simply no excuse not to win the league this year, the league is so incredibly weak
Wenger was the only manager in the top 5 Euro leagues not to buy an outfield player so he must've been happy with his squad and now, sitting 2 points out of first at Christmas with Leister being in first and ...

Re: Baggies away
couldn't give a shit about the result but the Coquelin injury effectively ends our season and that is what is so depressing.
amazing to think that not one outfield player in the world could have improved this squad over the summer
don't worry, when Coq comes back it'll be like a 'new signing ...

Re: Baggies away
to watch this game while on my treadmill and to see Arteta come on (whose legs are gone, good servant to the club but past his prime) and be replaced by Flamini on his second stint with the Arsenal who previously sat the pine for 5 years at a flailing AC Milan is so LAUGHABLE. Or should I cry. I ...

Always thought the Greek team that won the Euro's at football back in 2004 were doped , they had incredible stamina way above their normal levels .
There is no doubt that beefing up agents legal and illegal have been used and Arsenal are no exception .
I remember little charlie nicholas siging for ...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Its incredible to think that even when we rested the majority of our starting 11, we still needed to have our two main strikers in the squad last night(and in Giroud's case starting) due to our lack of striking options. Apart from the obvious fact that neither Giroud or Walcott are good enough to ...

Similarly, after Sunday's match Theo was quoted saying something like: the players got together during the week and had a good discussion about how things were going and what they were going to do to turn it around (I'm paraphrasing).
Just saying........   :wink ...
